I commented in a conversation recently that it looked okay but didn't seem to work well for me. I figured it was just my old Vista laptop and just moved on. Well they not only fixed the problem already, but tagged me in the original conversation to ask me if it was working for me now. It is and how cool is that. I didn't even complain to them and they took care of it anyway !!!
