When you land there, you will see 4 free videos. Watch all four and you will be well on your way to making it happen. It will cost you approx 70 minutes if you watch all 4. Take your time, they aren't going anywhere.

If you want to dig in deeper, look around that site and see what is offered to members that Signup to Keep up. If you've learned enough, you are on your way... If you want to know more, join in the membership to get up to speed quickly and stay aware of all the new stuff which is constantly changing.
