Do you have a circle for people that have a particular kind of education or job? Ever go to someone's profile, and while you're trying to figure out which circles to put them in, they state that they have an "interest" in that type of education or job? Did you have to debate on whether you should put them in that circle? For how long?
Circles I have that I have this problem with quite often: Astronomers, Physicists, Scientists, Mathematicians
I also wonder how much education one has to have before they are considered a mathematician or a physicist, or an astronomer, as well as a few other jobs. Is that only people with the job title? Do they need a PHD? Are Computer Scientists a type of scientist if they don't have a PHD yet? Do they have to employ the scientific method? Are they not a scientist if they actually just program?
