East coast I guess - we have "snowbirds" from Nov. thru Apr. usually. The economy picks up and the traffic slows down. It's even worse on the west coast. (ours - not yours) I've seen it take an hour to get from one side of Naples to the other. In the summer that would be a ten minute drive.
Give us back our lunch money? Hehe, I love it.
