While I might agree with the last part of that and I don't care to join their church, I'm not so sure about the "lack of compelling reason" from a purely constitutional standpoint. If I did I'd say that for example Fox News should be barred from the public airwaves, like they are in Canada.
There's no compelling reason to give them that, because assholes.
