It's free for incoming and really cheap for outgoing calls. If you have good access to Wi-Fi then give it a shot. The UI seems a little clunky but it plays well on my phone and pad and I use it every day.

I use it all the time. Sometimes it doesn't respond when I touch command to unlock and thus, have to call people back, but for free? Better than nothing!
