I like to play with my toys and pretend that I'm making "art". In reality, I just enjoy playing. Here's a little project I used to practice with some new toys. I invite criticism and I swear that my feelings will not be hurt. So, while we all want to be positive and encouraging- it's good to be brutally honest too.

Go ahead. Let me have it. The truth might set me free...

  1. Thanks Peter Tellone. That's exactly what I wanted to hear. Great observation ! I did slip that skewed perspective in on purpose. You absolutely "rocked" your reply...

  2. yes - the reflection doesn't seem to line up with the sun/moon. I also find that the brightest reflection (in the foreground) has been cropped uncomfortably. Our eyes are naturally drawn to high areas of contrast and/or saturation. Whilst the moon in the sky is complete with space to breath and comfortable on the eye, the 'reflective spot in the foreground looks incomplete (I'd be tempted to crop it out). Peter Tellone 's attitude is spot on though - it's your picture :-D
