Is moderator level ok, or do you want to own it. BTW feel free to do anything you like, add, promote delete etc...

    moderator is good. right now, just trying to get behavior that looks like a "sticky" post.

    I have to go out but my art group is starting a page to fill what I assume is what you are looking for. Don't forget there is drive and blogger and such that could be incorporated as needed.
