its a head shoulder and arms of a person with one hand over and the other under a sphere.... that is not the original logo on the shirt from the photo. it was PS'd in along with the color. Take the image URL and paste it into Tin Eye and it will show you other images that match this one and you can see the original insignia that belongs on the shirt.
