Taking the article as factual, and I have no reason not too, the Israeli health care system is something we should serious consider studying. I would bet one of the big factor is doctor and hospital malpractice insurance. There would have to be extensive tort reform in order for doctors to accept lower income. I understand that they spend a large portion of their income covering their a$$es.

ReplyDeleteYeah. Let's replace suing for millions with prison time if a doctor maims or kills someone or removes the spleen from the wrong patient.
