My guy (Obama) got the indefinite detention this slipped into NDAA while everybody was distracted with SOPA. Then he signed it a midnight on New Years Eve
Bankers got congress to fix things so they could loan money to poor people who couldn't pay the nut. They figured to get the down payment and a few or a bunch of payments and then get the properties back for a big profit. This turned out to be not such a good thing for everybody. (except for the executives at the banks) Hence record profits for banks and a world wide recession...
