  2. Kyle is very popular lately, but his isn't the only story.  I saw several (pro) sniper TV programs before his memoir came out, and others have published too.  His struck fire, for whatever reason. some kind of post-war nostalgia, like with Kuwait, and esp. with Vietnam, and WW2

  3. Bill Taylor I think it's due to the martyrdom. Dead heroes get our attention while live ones can go homeless.
