Sonja Miller Williams I was trying my hand at "light painting". This is a block of ice that formed in our refrigerator in a tub. We have a tiny drip and it takes a week or so to form. I set it on a cake cooling rack for a while because I'm just kind of crazy like that. Then I put it in the oven just because it was nice and dark and painted sort of a halo with a cat toy (laser pointer). My wife thought the whole process was a bit strange... I played around, mainly with the light trail part, using the pixlr editor. I haven't quite figured out the gradient tool yet but I got lucky here (IMHO) Thanks for your interest.
