I will be/have been preoccupied of late due to an unfortunate change in my life. I have not discussed this on the book of faces out of respect for the wishes and privacy of my soon to be ex-wife.
Yeah, (sigh) it's sad but true. I don't need to "talk" about it or anything. I'm not looking for any sympathy. There are no good guys or bad guys here. We just gradually came to understand that we both wanted something and that what we had wasn't it.
What I could use though, should anyone have a situation/idea to share is this. I'm on a very limited fixed income and need to leave my current home in Tennessee. I come from south Florida and would love to go back if it wasn't so darned expensive. I'm not a fan of cold weather but I could probably get by in central Fla. and so I am looking at the area near or north of Sebring.
What say you, my peeps? Do you know of someone who needs a caretaker for their estate or maybe their yacht ? Who has a piece of property and an old RV they want to unload for a song ? Anybody have an even better idea for me and my two kitties ? No idea is too far out of the box...

FWIW - I think our new president is living proof that there is no secret cabal of omnipotent overlords. No puppet masters pulling the strings of commerce and government and keeping the common man down.

I think they would just take him out, one way or another to protect their assets. If it all goes boom, and it just might, they would feel some pain too. I doubt that they would be the "type" to just sit back and say, "Check this out, this looks interesting".

I took this course some time ago. I'd had my camera for a couple of months and was ready to try spinning that little wheel thingy on top but was feeling a little anxious too. It was a pretty short, sweet and light course but easy to follow and well worth the $20. I think it's on sale now for a ten spot ! So if you're feeling a little squishy on the inside about all those buttons and things on you new camera, this isn't a bad bad way to get a grip on things.

So I have been swapping back and forth from new to old G+ versions. There is little to be said for the new (IMHO) and I decided to pick one thing, just one and leave feedback. It wasn't easy to pick and it hardly matters anyway but when I finally did it dawned on me. Cue image of light bulb over my head as I realize, the easiest way to leave feedback is to switch back to the new version and scroll down to "feedback" on the left side.

Happy New Year and best wishes with the 12 shot project. Sorry to say that I'll have to take a rain check. I am going through some personal difficulties at the moment and would feel more comfortable staying involved with a more open, public venue at this point.
Perhaps later on I'll be more secure emotionally and better able to relax in a more cozy, closer setting. On the bright side of things - I'm heading back to Florida soon. I'm considering (maybe) living on a sailboat back home in WPB or perhaps buying a nice size RV and living near Lake Wales. I guess somewhere down deep I must feel that if I have to move on - I might as well really embrace the moving part of moving on.
Anyways - thanks for the invitation and y'all have fun.
