click on the little gear icon and copy/paste the link (or the shortened one) or copy the link at the top of the page and paste it into a G+ post as link. You could also screen cap and post it as a picture - but this is quick and easy
My pleasure - hope it helped. The +share the other guys are talking about works fine if your map is shared to you drive folder. The way I mentioned just seemed a little easier - and could also work with e-mail and text msg etc...
