I just googled it and the top results all said that the end of the world was a "Western" interpretation. Is that not all the proof we need ? Huh, uh ?????
I like to think Bill O'Reilly gave him his talk about the tides. The sight of someone even more unhinged than himself brings West to his senses, and he realizes what a colossal chump he has been.
But really I think his lawyer just told him it would be an expensive and futile challenge, and he could instead save his money for the 2014 campaign.
