  1. If you analyse everything he said about the subject, one will realized that he is totally correct. Now, please don't take me out of context the way he is taken out of context himself. I am totally against sexual harassment, however, as he explained they are two kind... and one has to make the clear distinction. We are trying to be so PC that we have all become ridiculous. Instead of living and enjoying laughing we choose to be entertain by the Stewarts, Colberts, Mahers etc... they say outrageous things and we laugh like crazy and feel no shame because WE didn't say it...

  2. What is your definition of respect? :) Would it be the same as mine or of somebody else? Stan, as part of management, have you had to deal with harassment issues that employees had or thought they had? If we truly respect each other, then we should all be free to express our thoughts freely, that would be my take on it.
