Yes indeed. I feel the need to mention that when I decided to start going to church again I had questions about this issue. I received a reply from an official Catholic Church office that the position of the church does not agree. It would be unfortunate if a fetus did not survive a necessary medical procedure but that the procedure would likely be performed even in a Catholic hospital.

ReplyDeleteI would tend to see that the first case of a miscarriage, denied medical services because of this law, would easily overturn this law in a courtroom.
