  1. I wonder if the dish soap and makeup companies had a similar set of instructions: don't wash dishes if you still have something to sew; get dressed up when you wash them; prepare yourself mentally for the task....

  7. My wife is an excellent seamstress.  She sews a lot.  She never let any of those things bother her.
    However, nothing comes between her and her root treatments, including sewing.  So maybe it does matter after all.
