Most likely, but I'm glad to see he got a conviction and at least some time. He's probably never had to endure a cavity search or had an audience in the shower before. I have long maintained that every cop, prosecutor and judge should be given the full treatment. It might help them to relate better to those (us) they are sworn to serve.
At least something was done and wouldn't the man convicted be able to sue that city and that guy now?? That would be all right...hit em where it hurts
