Aw, c'mon. Give the guy a break. If you're clueless and stupid, it's hard to find good ways to bully people. This routine has probably worked well for him previously, since Mexicans are generally polite, like Canadians. Now, since this blew up in his face, he'll either have to pay attention, think, and learn something, or else switch to a new topic for his bullying. Breaking new ground like that is hard work! Have a little empathy why don'tcha!
