This is an excessive claim. Science did unseat the geocentric model, and replace it with a heliocentric model. As for God, Science is simply not in the position to critique or investigate metaphysical claims. As for the latter, science is better equipped to offer what "is" than what "is not." While we have explored a large part of our world, rendering the existence of unicorns highly improbable, they are "possible" - if not in this world, on some other. Science is a tool and can accomplish much, but it can not claim some of the knowledge suggested here.
