They are. The sign refers to an event from the 1860s where the remains of a group of people were given the respect of decent burial. I found it in middle Tennessee and give the place and time frame was reminded that there have been good people in bad times. It almost gives me hope for our times.
Hope somebody is taking good care of that graveyard.
