TY All. Well, I shot a low key picture of a light (mostly) guitar. It was hanging on a dark wall in a dimly lit bar.I used the popup flash from about five yards or so away. I stretched the contrast and cloned and cropped to get a black background in Pixlr. Then I lassoed the black and inverted my selection and brushed the guitar shape with some white. I had to paint a little around the edges here and there just to neaten things up a little too. The tuners needed a little fine tuning of course. But then ~ don't guitars always need tuning ?
The "WPP" is my "happy place". Thanks to you guys. You all are kind and supportive but to me what is at least as important - you inspire and challenge me.
neat take on the theme.
ReplyDeleteVery cool. How did you do this?
