I began to think about Autism differently when I met an Endocrinologist who seemed very well informed on the subject. I asked him if he had a child with this condition and he changed my view forever. My sweethearts life was in the hands of a doctor who was autistic. He was amazing. Not so much in spite of this - just amazing.
