David Lazarus No, Sebring, FL. Luckily this one was the only one we lost. The husband got burned up a bit but not life threatening and his wife came out unhurt.
I'm happy to report that Dave (the husband) is now an outpatient at the burn center. He still has a lot of healing and treatment to go through but looks pretty good, considering. The were sleeping when the fire started so the cause is a bit of a mystery. Likely suspects are an old heating pad or water heater malfunction. My guess is a wiring problem.
